Challenge yourself and join us to experience one of the hardest trekking adventures that we offer; an unassisted unsupported trek crossing from Donniyeh deep Valleys to the Bekaa North.
On day 1, our climb starts on the Lebanon Mountain Trail section 3 from Qammaine; a village nestled at 800m above sea level before reaching Donniyeh highlands on our way to Kornet es Sawda 3088m; where we are going to set our bivouac and tents (at an altitude of 2850m) enjoying autumn high altitude fresh temperatures.
On day 2, we will descend towards the Hermel steps before ending our trek in Ouyoune Orgosh.
Covering: transportation from and to Baabdath, tents (2/3 people per tent), mountain leaders, dinner and breakfast.
Excluding: medical health insurance and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Essential Requirements:
- Participants should be able to withstand cold windy weather.
- Participants should have a good physical and psychological well-being.
- Participants should be able to endure a walk more than the above mentioned trip odometer / ascent – many factors could intervene and force a change in plans.
- Participants should be able to adapt to changes that might occur during the trip.
- Participants should be able to carry all the personal gears addition to some group equipment.
